Mohi-ud-Din Islamic University (MIU) came into existence through the 1999 Act passed by AJK’s Legislative Assembly. Situated in the scenic hill station of Nerian Sharif, the campus covers 10 peaceful and elevated acres. At 6,000 feet above sea level, this location offers a calm, inspiring setting ideal for academic growth.

We aim to develop graduates who master modern knowledge while staying rooted in Islamic teachings. Our programs equip students to handle the complex demands of today’s rapidly evolving world. Moreover, our research-focused environment offers MS/MPhil and PhD degrees in several key disciplines.

The Higher Education Commission (HEC) recognizes our degrees as equivalent to those of top Pakistani institutions. This national recognition enhances the value and credibility of our graduates in professional fields.
