Kohsar University, Murree

The Government of Punjab founded Kohsar University, Murree under the Kohsar University. This initiative marks a major step in advancing education for Murree and nearby regions. Currently, the university operates four scenic campuses. These include the Punjab House Campus and Jhika Gali Campus near Kashmir Point. Additionally, the GPO Campus sits close to Mall Road, while the Resource Center is located at Kashmir Point.

Moreover, the government recently approved more campuses and centers of excellence, including the Murree Campus. Each campus offers spacious buildings surrounded by Murree’s natural beauty, also known as the Queen of Hills. Kohsar University plans to meet the educational needs of Murree and adjoining areas. Its highly qualified faculty prepares students to tackle modern day challenges confidently.

Furthermore, the university encourages research to sharpen students skills and boost national development. Intermediate classes will also continue under the university’s guidance. After passing Intermediate, students can apply for BS programs based on the university’s criteria. A wide range of BS subjects will support their academic growth. As a result, students in this region can look forward to enhanced learning and research opportunities.
