- Academic Qualification: Must possess at least 16 years of education with a degree in IT, Computer Science (CS), or a closely related technology discipline.
- Graduation Window: The qualifying degree must have been completed within the last 4 years.
- Employment Status: Applicants must be unemployed at the time of application.
