Master’s Level
MS/MPhil in Sciences: Chemistry, Physics, Zoology, Math, Stats, Botany.
MS/MPhil in Humanities: Media & Communication, English Linguistics, English Literature, Management Sciences, Sociology, Psychology.
You need 16 years of education, minimum 2.0 CGPA or 50% marks, and you have to pass either the RWU departmental test or the NTS GAT-General.
PhD Level
Yeah, they do PhDs too. Chemistry, Physics, Zoology, Math, Stats, Botany on the science side. Management, Media, English Linguistics, and Psychology on the humanities side. Not bad for a university that only became independent in 2019.
The Money Talk: What Are You Actually Paying?
Here’s where RWU shines. It’s public, which means subsidized. But the first semester hits harder because of one-time charges.
First semester for most BS programs: roughly PKR 63,000 to 72,000. That includes your registration fee (about PKR 6,500), security deposit, and all the one-time stuff.
