How to Apply

After Intermediate results, admissions begin with wide media publicity. Forms are available at HBL Sawari and the official website within the given dates.

• Before the specified deadline, submit in the finished pre-admission form to the director of admissions.
• The department will provide the selected candidate with a registration form following merit selection.
• Using a single application form, candidates can submit applications for several programs in the order of their choice.
• However, lower choices will be automatically canceled if a higher preference is accepted.
• All received forms are reviewed to determine eligibility based on provided information.
• If an applicant provides false details, they will lose their admission immediately.
• Moreover, fake documents will result in cancellation.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualifying intermediate examination of the BISE Swat or any other recognized Board, securing a minimum of 45% / 50% marks.

Document Required

• Attested photocopies of FA/F.Sc result Certificate (DMC).
• Candidate CNIC & Domicile
• 3 attested passport size Photographs

Instructions for selected students

• First, sign the attendance sheet, even if your name appears on the waiting list.
• Bring original academic documents for verification along with a set of photocopies.
• After your interview, the scrutiny committee or department head will sign your application.
• Then, submit your documents to the assistant and collect the required fee receipts.
• Deposit the admission fee on the same day
• Finally, submit the original fee receipt to the office and keep photocopies for your record.
