Founded as a public research university in BUITEMS Quetta, Balochistan University Of Information Technology and Management Sciences was officially chartered by the Government of Balochistan on July 18, 2002. Scholarships
BUITEMS welcomes all eligible students committed to academic excellence. The university does not consider financial background as a barrier to admission. It awards merit-based freeships to top-performing students in each program. Additionally, 10% of students with the highest GPAs from the previous semester receive fee concessions. As a result, hardworking and dedicated students can access free or subsidized education based solely on their academic performance.
