In 2021, the Islam Group (IG) founded Grand Asian University Sialkot (GAUS) with a clear vision. After over ten years of educational excellence, IG expanded its legacy through this initiative. The Government of Punjab officially chartered GAUS under the Grand Asian University Sialkot Act, 2021. Located on Pasrur Road in Sialkot, Punjab, the university covers 10 acres of land. It includes a modern built-up area of 324,517 square feet, designed for optimal academic utility.
Moreover, GAUS features advanced infrastructure, including high-tech labs and a fully equipped digital library. As a multidisciplinary institution, it provides career-focused programs at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Currently, the university serves over 2,000 students enrolled in diverse academic streams. In addition, skilled faculty members guide the student body across departments.
Looking ahead, GAUS plans to sign MOUs with global academic institutions and industries. This initiative will expand student opportunities through international exposure and employment networks. The university also supports entrepreneurship. Its dedicated Entrepreneurship Cell helps students turn innovative ideas into thriving start-ups. GAUS remains committed to academic innovation. Through modern practices, it continuously raises standards in teaching, research, and talent development.
