Founded under the initiative of the Usman Memorial Foundation (UMF), UIT University (UITU) reflects our dedication to academic excellence. In 2021, the Higher Education Commission (HEC) granted UITU its official NOC. Moreover, top regulatory bodies like PEC, NCEAC, and NTC have accredited our academic programs.
Established in 1973, UMF set out to develop a modern educational institution. It aimed to meet the increasing educational demands of our society. Today, UITU continues that mission. The city campus operates in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi. Meanwhile, construction is underway on a purpose-built main campus in District Malir.
UITU takes pride in maintaining high academic standards. We regularly revise our courses to reflect technological advancements. As a result, our graduates stay aligned with emerging industry trends and remain professionally competitive.
