University of Modern Sciences, Tando Muhammad Khan, this university is the first private institution in rural Sindh. Recognizing the urgent need for quality education in underserved areas, PACSF took the lead. The Professional Associates Community Services Foundation (PACSF) founded this institution with a clear vision. Later, the Sindh Assembly officially granted its charter to the University of Modern Sciences.
Moreover, the Higher Education Commission (HEC) accredited the university to offer a wide range of programs. Today, the university provides diverse academic courses across multiple faculties to meet modern educational needs.
