Commecs Institute of Business and Emerging Sciences (CIBES) operates under the CET Commecs Educational Trust. This Trust, formed by the Alumni of Government College of Commerce and Economics, functions as a non-profit. Moreover, the Pakistan Centre for Philanthropy (PCP) has certified the Trust for its educational quality.
The founders aimed to transform Pakistan’s education system by introducing meaningful and lasting improvements. In 1995, CIBES became Pakistan’s first institute affiliated with IBA Karachi for the BBA Program. This affiliation clearly reflected IBA Karachi’s trust in CIBES’s business education quality.
