Eligibility Criteria

To apply for any bachelor’s degree program at NFC IEFR, candidates must fulfill the following requirements:

• Candidates must have at least 60% marks in Intermediate, DAE, or equivalent qualification (excluding Hafiz-e-Quran and sports marks).
  
• They must pass the UET Lahore Entry Test with a minimum score of 33% for engineering programs.
  
• The subject combination in the entry test must match the Intermediate (or equivalent) subjects.
  
• This subject restriction does not apply to candidates with a DAE background.
  
• Applicants holding a B.Sc. Engineering Technology degree must have at least 60% marks (annual system) or a CGPA of 2.5/4.0 (semester system).
  
• Candidates must be bonafide residents of the area from which they apply.
  
• They must meet the physical and visual health standards set in the medical certificate.
  

Ineligibility Conditions

The following applicants are not eligible for admission to NFC IEFR Faisalabad:

• Those scoring less than 60% in Intermediate, A-level, or equivalent exams.
  
• Candidates who failed or did not appear in any subject of Intermediate Part-I or II.
  
• Those who did not attempt the ECAT or any other recognized entry test.
  
• Applicants with an overall merit aggregate of less than 50%.
  

Merit Determination

To qualify for merit-based programs:

• Applicants must have a minimum of 60% marks in Intermediate, DAE, or equivalent qualifications.
  
• For ECAT-based programs, admission merit is calculated using adjusted admission marks.
  
• These marks reflect both academic performance and entry test result.

Documents Required for Admissions

• Demand Draft / Admission Dues
  Submit a Demand Draft or dues as per prospectus/website in favor of NFC IE&FR.
  
• Prospectus & Processing Fee
  Pay Rs. 2000 if the admission form was downloaded.
  
• Matric Certificate
  Provide an attested copy of your Matric certificate from a recognized board.
  
• Intermediate / Equivalent Certificate
  Submit attested Intermediate or equivalent certificate with marks sheet.
  
• Roll Number Slip (1st Year)
  Attach Roll Number Slip if applying on first-year result.
  
• Entry Test Result
  Include current year’s valid Entry Test result, if required.
  
• IBCC Equivalence Certificate
  Provide IBCC certificate if you have an equivalent qualification.
  
• Domicile Certificate
  Attach attested domicile. Father’s domicile acceptable for Baluchistan quota (under 21).
  
• Photographs
  Submit four recent attested passport-sized photographs.
  
• Address Form
  Fill and attach the Address Form from the admission package.
  
• B.Sc. / ADP / ADS (If Applicable)
  Submit attested B.Sc., ADP, or ADS certificate, if required.
  
• DAE Certificate (If Applicable)
  Attach attested DAE certificate from Technical Education Board.
  
• NCC / WG Certificate (If Applicable)
  Provide attested NCC or WG certificate if applicable.
  
• Hafiz-e-Quran Certificate (If Applicable)
  Submit attested Hafiz-e-Quran certificate from a registered madrassa.
  
• Overseas Applicants
  Attach father’s passport and work permit copy, if applicable.
  
• NFC/IE&FR Employee Seat
  Fill Form-1 from website or office and attach it.
  
• CNIC / Form-B
  Attach attested CNIC/Form-B of candidate and father/guardian.
