Founded as an intermediate college in 1934, GCWUF became a university in 2013. Since then, it has emerged as a prominent center for women’s education in Pakistan. Today, GCWUF leads in academic innovation and research-driven learning. The university offers a wide variety of programs to meet diverse academic interests. These include PhD programs in 5 disciplines and MS programs in 12 areas. Additionally, GCWUF offers 2 B.Ed., 8 ADP, and 43 BS programs. Moreover, the university is home to five dynamic faculties: Arts & Humanities, Computing and Numerical Sciences, Management Sciences, Science and Technology, Social Sciences.

How to Apply
Before applying, carefully read the rules, admission criteria, and instructions online.
Start by filling out the application form through the online admission portal.
The admission processing fee is Rs. 2500/- for the first application under open merit.
If applying to multiple programs, pay Rs. 500/- extra for each additional program.
However, only submitting Rs. 500/- without the initial Rs. 2500/- will invalidate the application.
For Self-Finance seats, submit Rs. 2500/- per program regardless of previous applications.
Download the fee voucher and deposit it at any UBL branch nationwide.
The university will not consider incomplete forms or those without the processing fee.
Eligibility Criteria
Only female candidates with Punjab domicile are eligible to apply.
Applicants must score at least 45% in Intermediate exams.
Computer Science or IT programs, a minimum of 50% marks is required in intermediate
2.50 CGPA for MS / MPhil.
3.00 CGPA For PHD.
The maximum age limit for BS programs is 22 years at the time of admission.
Additionally, Hafiz-e-Quran applicants will receive 20 extra marks for all programs.
